shipping:
please allow 2-3 weeks for shipping. all orders are shipped through Canada Post.

returns:
items can only be returned under the following; received the wrong order or are not completely satisfied. returned items must be claimed within 5 days of receiving merchandise. returns must be in original condition and packaged safely in returning. the total amount of the exchange will be credited to your account. sorry no refunds.
