How to Place an Order When you have decided on the items you would like to purchase simply click the "add to cart" button. This will then add the item to your shopping cart. From the cart you can continue to shop and add multiple items or finalize your order and "checkout".
At the top right of each screen is the "shopping cart" button which you can click at any time to check the contents of your cart.
Please make sure you have reviewed the contents of your cart (styles, colours, quantities) before placing your order.
When your order had been placed you will be redirected securely to the Paypal payment processing page where you will be given the option to either login to your Paypal account (if you have one) or to pay by credit card.
Once your order has been completed you will be sent an order confirmation which will include your order details and shipping address.

All sale items are final sale.
Prices & Taxes
All prices are in Canadian (CAD) dollars. All American orders will be converted to US dollars through Paypal or their credit card providers according to the exchange rate at the time of purchase.
7% PST will be added to all Canadian orders.
No tax will be added to US orders.

Sparrow Handbags currently ships only to Canadian and US customers through our website. If you are an international customer and are interested in placing an order, please contact us directly for specific shipping rates and methods at info@sparrowhandbags.com
Orders are set for delivery Monday to Friday and are processed within 5 business days. In some cases when an item is on back-order the process time is usually between 5-10 business days, however you will be notified via email should the process time be longer.
All orders are shipped through Canada Post Expedited Service. You will be notified when your package has been shipped via email and provided with a tracking number.
If you require Express shipping please email us prior to your order and we will provide you with rates to your location and create a custom invoice for your order.
All orders of $150.00 or more receive FREE SHIPPING (applies to Canadian and US orders)
US and International orders may be subject to duties. This is the responsibility of the customer.
International Orders
We currently do not process international orders on our site. However, If you are an international customer and are interested in placing an order, We can create a custom invoice and order for you. Please contact us directly for specific shipping rates and information at info@sparrowhandbags.com.
